Step 1

At this Point we will be working with an idea you have brought to us or something you have chosen from our stock plans. The following describes the cost for step 1.

Ft	Price Per Sq Ft	Note: This price will include a floorplan and Square footage plan only Proposal Payment given is part of the total price for plan. With these price we include 5 visits, faxes or email to make any changes before approving plan for final print.

Step 2

Once you have approved the Proposal Stage the next step is to see what the house will look like. RNTM will come up with an Elevation to show you the way it is going to look from the front.

Step 3

Once you have approved Step 2, the next step is to discuss Electrical Layout. At this Point you will approve the plans so we can go ahead and start working on the big prints. We expect that we have gone over all details of plan so there will be no more changes when you approve it. After approvel any additional changes made to plan will have additional charges. Charges will vary.

Step 5

Additional Items are required for this type of construction they will be as follows.

A perculation Test is required of your ground.
The foundation plan need to be sealed by an engineer for VA & FHA somtimes USDA
A/C Duct work layout and Manuel J form needs to be prepared by a licenced A/C Company.
One extra set of prints is required add $15.00
Description of materials list is required to be typed out by the contractor.
On some cases Windstorm design will be need on some areas. To be discussed with RNTM.
